Gray areas exist and You may find content that does not quite fit into the above mentioned fields; we encourage you to report it to us and we’ll double-check if that content should remain or be removed.
Your Privacy is our number one concern and your personal profile settings
allow you full control of your posted data. Your contact data such as e-mail address and phone number are always kept private and only you can disclose them to a third party.
2-Content and Information
We have no claim on any personal content you post and share on CastMeApp, and will notify you to change or remove content that we may find inappropriate. Content that might be covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos, you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with CastMeapp. This License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
When using our app, it may ask for your permission to access your content and information as well as content and information that others have shared with you. We require applications to respect your privacy, and your agreement with that application will control how the application can use, store, and transfer that content and information.
Your feedback or other suggestions to improve castMeApp is appreciated, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).
To ensure a safe and professional environment, we need your help and committment in the following:
-No collecting of other users information using automated harvesting devices, software and hardware.
-No marketing schemes
-No viruses, malware, malicious codes or hacking
-No soliciting of login data or requesting access to accounts belonging to someone else.
-No bullying, intimidation, threatening or harassment.
-No pornography or violence
-No developing or operating of third-party applications containing dating or other mature content (including advertisements).
-No using of CastMeApp to do anything unlawful, misleading, or malicious.
You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of CastMeApp.
You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.
4-Registration and Account Security
You have to always provide your real name and information (Don't worry, you can still use a nickname as long as your real name is provided in your profile), to ensure a transparent use of CastMeApp. Here is how you can maintain and optimize the security of your account:
-You will not provide any false personal information on CastMeApp, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
-If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
-If you are below the legal age applicable in your country, a legal parent/tutor has to open the account for you.
-You will not use CastMeApp if you are a convicted sex offender.
-You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
-You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
-You will not transfer your account to anyone without first getting our written permission.
-You can open one ‘talent’ and one ‘executive’ account with the same phone number.
5-Protecting Other People's Rights
We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same.
You will not post content or take any action on CastMeApp that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
We can remove any content or information you post on CastMeApp if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies.
If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
You will not use our copyrights or Trademarks or any confusingly similar marks, except as expressly permitted by our Brand Usage Guidelines or with our prior written permission.
You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on CastMeApp. Doxing will result in a permanent ban.
6-Mobile and Other Devices
We currently provide our mobile services for free, but please be aware that your carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges, will still apply.
In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you will update your account information on CastMeApp within 48 hours to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person who acquires your old number.
CastMeApp is a free service, however, you can boost a want-ad or a personal profile by keeping them on top of search results and for longer periods. Boosting ads and profiles is chargeable, as well as using CastMeApp's ad spaces for corporate advertising.
8-Special Provisions Applicable to Software
If you download or use our software, such as a stand-alone software product, an app, or a browser plugin, you agree that from time to time, the software may download and install upgrades, updates and additional features from us in order to improve, enhance, and further develop the software. You will not modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us, unless you are expressly permitted to do so under an open source license, or we give you express written permission.
We will notify you before we make changes to these terms and give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing to use our Services.
If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of CastMeApp to you. We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account. You may also delete your account or disable your application at any time.
If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content or information on CastMeApp, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim. Although we provide rules for user conduct, we do not control or direct users' actions on castMeApp and are not responsible for the content or information users transmit or share on CastMeApp. We are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or information you may encounter on CastMeApp. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of CastMeapp.
WE ARE PROVIDING CastMeApp AS IS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT CastMeApp WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS OR IMPERFECTIONS. CastMeApp IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS STATEMENT OR CastMeApp.
By using or accessing CastMeApp, you agree that we can collect and use content and information such as:

We transfer information to vendors, service providers and other partners who globally support our business, such as providing technical infrastructure services, analysing how our Services are used, measuring the effectiveness of ads and services, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting academic research and surveys. These partners must adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in a way that is consistent with this Data Policy and the agreements that we enter into with them.
You can at all times, delete, disable or edit your account and personal profile data. And when we say 'delete', we mean it. Once you delete your CastMeapp account, it's gone from our servers.
We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others, including those described above. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services.
